It tells the story of a therapy group that is forced to confront the monsters of their past when an isolated weekend retreat tests their emotional resilience and ability to survive.。一心执著于舞蹈事业的楚思南和黎莉莉是中国拉丁舞界的一对传奇人物。在战胜了所有的对手之后，这对爱人竟然把彼此当做对手，在情感上互相眷恋又互相伤害着。抱着舞蹈梦想的女孩小曼来到北京。楚思南和黎莉莉的一曲伦巴之舞让小曼深深地震惊了，也点亮了她懵懂炽热的心。然而一次意外事故，让小曼卷入到了楚思南和黎莉莉的情感世界之中。黎莉莉在事故中丧失了站起来的能力，楚思南决定训练小曼来代替她。
